At Annex Digital, we stand behind the quality of our printing services. If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will address the issue promptly.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or reprints may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Products received with printing errors or defects
- Products damaged during shipping
- Products that significantly differ from the approved design proof
- Orders not delivered within 15 business days beyond the estimated delivery date
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Customer-supplied artwork with errors (spelling, grammar, low resolution, etc.)
- Minor color variations that are within industry standards
- Orders approved by the customer despite errors in the proof
- Custom designed products after production has begun
4. Refund Process
To request a refund or reprint:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue
- Include photographs of the defective products where applicable
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded if production has not yet begun. Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply.
